OUR QUALITY
MOTOR LAB is a proud member of the RMI (Retail Motor Industry) and subscribes to the AA(Automobile Association). All our facilities are monitored and audited on a regular basis by manufacturers to ensure strict quality and safety standards at all times.
MOTOR LAB utilises only the finest materials to complete every repair. We fit only genuine replacement parts or insurance-industry-approved alternative components where appropriate. All replacement parts carry the correct manufacturer warranties and all workmanship carries a one-year warranty.
Through established relationships with excellent partners such as leading paint suppliers, we are able to deliver a product that is consistent and quality assured. Which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on all paintwork.
In addition, waterborne paint products are utilised in order to reduce the impact on the environment. Reducing the volatile organic compounds that are released into the environment and helping to reduce the environmental footprint of our workshop.
YOUR VEHICLE IS IN THE RIGHT HANDS.
At MOTOR LAB the quality of our workmanship reflects our passion for our craft. We’re car people. Each repair that rolls off the workshop floor bears the hallmarks of a team that cares about the little things.
The automotive world moves fast. New technologies and innovations are introduced every day. Keeping up with this relentless progress is part of the challenge for MOTOR LAB team. It takes experience and technical knowhow to understand and work with complex body structures comprised of different materials, from steel to aluminium. In addition, networked car electronics that control active and passive safety systems require not only knowledge of the correct procedures for repair but also the proper workshop equipment.
That’s why we invest heavily in the ongoing training of our technicians and in the latest in technology that allows us to perform high precision repairs. Subscribing to technical information on all models, and participating in regular technical training sessions is all in a day’s work for us. And every member of our team must adhere to our exacting standards of competency and efficiency.
